Maryrose held our hands through the entire process. Whenever we had a question she would thoroughly explain the answer. She always made sure we had a full understanding of every step of the process. She is a naturally kind person. We never felt like this was a business transaction. We were working with two other lenders and a realtor before we were referred to Maryrose. We weren't getting anywhere until we met her. She referred us to a great realtor and things started to move. Everyone knows it is extremely difficult buying a home during these times. Whenever we looked at a home we were interested in Maryrose would give us an estimate on what the monthly payments may be. We honestly believe we would not have been able to close on our new home without her. If it were possible to give her a billion stars we would. When we started to look into purchasing a home, we didn't know how to pick the right lender, real estate agent or anything about buying a home. We did some research and got some knowledge but still, how do you pick? One of my coworkers had closed on a home with Maryrose. She told me to look no further and call Maryrose.
